Participants \/ scholarships and awards applicants \/ service users: Name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth, identity card\/passport number (where applicable), parent\/guardian information,\u00a0name of\u00a0school\u00a0currently\u00a0attending, academic records,\u00a0bank account\u00a0information and other relevant details.<\/p>

Donors: Name, telephone number, email address, mailing address and whether an alumnus\u00a0of an AISL Harrow school.<\/p>

Although the provision of your personal data to us is on a voluntary basis, provision of mandatory information, as indicated on the relevant forms or otherwise required, is essential.
