The continuous effort to strive for excellence and achieve one’s full potential is the cornerstone of talent development which, reflects the ethos upheld by all AISL Harrow Schools as we believe that all-round education is something that can be gleaned through talent development.

To achieve this, AISL will initiate and purposefully ‘build’ different AISL Talents Stages upon which pupils will be encouraged to develop and hone their passions and skills, enhancing both personal growth and their contributions to society.

To enable pupils and members of the school community to be in conversation with top voices, we curate a series of masterclasses across diverse disciplines, such as the Education Dialogue sessions. The first Education Dialogue in September 2025 was privileged to feature Professor Larry Kramer, President and Vice-Chancellor of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Professor Emma McCoy, Vice President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education), explored advancements in artificial intelligence.
